Meet Benita Hampton

Benita has built her career in the senior care industry over the past 15 years.  With a passion for helping people and solving complex operational issues, she has held such positions as Director of Resident Services, Administrator, Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations with the largest senior living providers in the United States.

Benita is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a Master Life Coach with a specialty in caregiver coaching. She is passionate about working with women that care for their loved ones.  Benita guides to improve the quality of their lives, tap into their potential and uncover their gifts that are often buried away and forgotten.

A gifted public speaker and educator, Benita facilitates our aging and dementia workshops.  You can also find her working one on one with seniors and their families as she coaches and counsels to help them achieve an improved quality of life.

Look for her book "Mama's Got Dementia, Daddy's Gone Crazy and I'm not Far Behind" scheduled to be released in early 2021.

When not working, Benita enjoys reading, music, travel, exploring new places and spending time with family, friends and her and John's two sweet (but sometimes naughty) pups, Phoebe and Bentley.

Meet John Vasinda

John has built a career in the senior healthcare industry that spans three decades. He has owned, managed and developed multiple senior living properties, and several other healthcare agencies that cater to the unique needs of seniors.  John has seen firsthand how the landscape of senior living has changed over the years and has the knowledge and experience to accurately identify the specialized needs of this population.

John is a Certified Geriatric Care Manager, a member of Texas Assisted Living Association (TALA) and a licensed Assisted Living Manager in multiple states.  John provides support to seniors and their families that are dealing with difficult family dynamics.  Additionally, he heads up our consulting program and works closely with senior living operators and their teams to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

John often co-facilitates our aging and dementia workshops and is well known for his heartwarming and comical stories about his first hand experience caring for his grandmother when she developed behavioral issues after being diagnosed with dementia.  John's down to earth attitude and simplified way of explaining makes him a crowd favorite at workshops and public speaking events.

A civic minded Rotarian, John can often be found volunteering and giving back to his community.  When not working, he enjoys sports, hiking, being outdoors, fitness and discovering new places with Benita and their pups, Phoebe and Bentley.

Meet Alyssa Hunt

Alyssa is our Placement Specialist and oversees our no-cost placement & relocation program.

Alyssa works directly with seniors and their families to determine the appropriate level of care and to locate senior living accommodations that meet their unique needs and preferences.

Our proprietary assessment tool allows Alyssa to assess not only the physical needs of our clients, but also their intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual needs and preferences.  This means that when Alyssa makes a recommendation to tour a senior living community, she's going to be right on target.

Alyssa has held multiple roles within the senior living industry and brings her compassion, positive attitude, experience and desire to serve our clients well to the table.  Our clients appreciate Alyssa's consultative approach and her no-nonsense attitude when advocating for their loved one and negotiating on their behalf.

Alyssa is a native Texan, has four beautiful daughters and is expecting her first grandbaby (it's a boy!) later this year.

When she is not busy helping our clients, Alyssa enjoys spending time with family and friends, impromptu weekend getaways, making special memories with her girls and spoiling her loyal four legged kiddo, Freedom.
